About Me
My goal is to help you grow, heal, and move toward the life you want—using your unique story and strengths as a foundation. I offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel safe, seen, and heard as we work through life’s challenges together.
My approach is relational and personalized. I believe real change happens through connection, and I bring both professional training and personal experience with grief, anxiety, and relationship struggles to the work I do. Therapy with me is grounded, compassionate, and tailored to what you need most.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our two kids. I enjoy traveling (in search of a great beach), connecting with loved ones, and diving into learning whenever I can.
